Le chemin vert is the address of a childhood home, one of those founding places that accompany us throughout our lives.

The very idea of roots, of a place to anchor oneself, was a major factor in the decision to set up a company whose main aim is to offer warm spaces and homes to live in for sale.

Le chemin vert was born in 2020 from the meeting of an artistic director and an architect. Together with our partner craftsmen, we bring together technical and aesthetic skills to carry out property renovations, constantly striving for the highest standards of quality.

After a long international career in photography and contemporary art, we decided to change our lives and devote ourselves to an activity at the crossroads of aesthetics and construction. As project leaders and builders at heart, we went back to basics and founded the Le chemin vert agency, specialising in the purchase, renovation and sale of houses to live in.

Back in 2020, we laid the foundations of our project: to offer our customers tastefully renovated, pleasant and comfortable houses and flats. The properties we offer are designed to meet today's energy-saving and environmentally-friendly requirements.

We've focused our research on discovering traditional homes, and we're restoring them to their former glory, providing them with comfort, while favouring the most authentic materials and techniques.
